We are proud of the fact that every Iris product is handmade. Working in our London HQ and with local artisans on the island of Crete, every piece is unique with the natural “imperfections” of the handmade process.
In celebration of this one-of-a-kind style, we decided to give a shout out to our favourite brands for whom high quality and conscious consumerism is a core value. Who knows, you may just find some summer style inspiration wrapped up in here too.
Sun of a Beach
The gorgeous girls behind this bright, breezy and beautiful brand offer premium beach towels and beach accessories. They use only one-of-a-kind prints and the highest quality materials for a luxurious and sun-kissed beach package, taking inspiration from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches, tropical oceans and Greek islands.
Moat House
Sunglasses are such a personal style choice – we’ve gone through everything from oversized to cat’s eye and aviators. That was until Moat House came along. Not only do their wooden sunglasses create a real fashion flourish, but their process is rooted in eco-friendly principles. Their inaugural pair was crafted out of a fallen oak tree and the company use local suppliers for a low carbon footprint with everything else done in-house.

There is a whole lot to love about Mabes and their timeless towel shirts. There’s the retro inspiration, focused on reviving the popular terry cloth ’60s beach shirts. There’s the luxury cotton terry material and exquisite modern tailoring. There’s the gorgeous prints that come in limited edition for a unique style statement. One of the best parts about packing for a beach holiday is deciding just how many bikinis/swimsuits is acceptable. Resort wear is one of the Iris brand’s core offerings, and we are slightly obsessed with our resort wear neighbour Beach Flamingo. They bring together designers from across the globe all focused on luxury swimwear and accessories that really stand out. This black and white playsuit from Mara Hoffman is a personal favourite.
