This week the Iris Sandals team are on location in the stunning island of Crete. We’re shooting the new images for our upcoming lookbook. It’s so exciting to take snaps in the place that inspired the whole brand and capture the island’s effortless chic vibes.
All of our sandals are handmade on the island by local craftsmen. Our blend of artisan, traditional techniques and high quality materials have made the Iris brand what it is.
With the sights and smells of Greece indulging our senses, it’s not difficult to feel like a goddess! It is wonderful to feel so empowered. After all, it was the goddess Iris who we named our brand after. She was the goddess of ocean and sky – the powerful, graceful figure who linked the revered gods to humanity itself.
