In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, our refund and exchange policy lasts up to 7 days. You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.

Gift cards are exempt from our Returns & Exchange policy; gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This guarantee does not apply to the supply of goods made to the customer’s own specification (personalised and bespoke goods), such as bespoke sandals and jewellery.

If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by email and then return your products within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.

Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at [email protected] no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

There are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:

-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed out to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning items, until the goods reach our offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
