TRACKING MY ORDER
On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped.
Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at [email protected] where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.
We insure each purchase from dispatch and during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, IRIS Brand Ltd cannot be held responsible.
TAXES & DUTIES
If you order items for delivery outside of the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs by IRIS Brand Ltd to you.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. You are considered the importer of record for the items you order through our website and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. IRIS Brand Ltd is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
